Finding Flow 30-Day Writing Challenge

Create a sustainable, fun, and wildly productive writing habit in this live, take massive action, experience.

FALL EDITION

October 30-November 30

Picture this… you’ve got a writing project to work on — a website, blog, newsletter, or a book. So, you add a writing session to your calendar just like any other appointment. But when you sit down to write, you don’t know how to start, every word feels wrong, and you can’t get a sentence out before you delete it all and start scrolling.

Why is it so hard to sit down and do something you actually want to do?

You want to write. But then you worry that your ideas or writing abilities simply aren’t good enough. Maybe you’re not as creative as you believed, and your writer’s block is proof that writing just isn’t for you.

I’ve some good news for you. The problem isn’t you.

Many people with writing to do and businesses to grow have a loud inner critic. We acquired this cling-on when we were young. And now, it keeps you from showing up authentically in your writing because you’re stuck — fear of rejection, fear of being criticized.

So, instead, you criticize yourself before anyone else can.

News Flash — this is NOT the way to build an incredible body of work.

How would it feel to totally transform how you feel about writing?

⛔️ Stop overthinking, procrastinating, and censoring every word.

🟢 Start writing, posting, and publishing consistently.

⛔️ Stop saying you don’t have time.

🟢 Start making the time and writing faster than you ever have.

⛔️ Stop comparing, judging, and searching for inspiration.

🟢 Start writing from the heart from an endless well of inspiration.

You have no problems writing when the words flow freely.

It’s when you put expectations and pressure on the writing and start overthinking that you get stuck in your head.

Is this what’s going on in your mind as you write?

You think things like…

  • I don’t know what to write about.

  • I have too much to do. I can’t sit and focus long enough to write.

  • Is this the right topic for my audience?

  • I don’t have time for writing. I have a business to run and clients to serve.

  • Is it engaging enough?

  • Does this sound like everyone else?

  • What if someone hates it and they judge and criticize me?

  • My writing feels dry and boring.

  • Will anyone even read this?

What would be possible if your writing didn’t feel forced?

Maybe you have "send email newsletters,” “start a blog,” “offer premium coaching,” “publish daily social posts,” or “write a book” on your someday list.

Perhaps you have journals filled with stories you’ve considered sharing … someday.

Yet every time you come to the page, you procrastinate, running out of time to do the writing you said you’d do.

Or did you get busy and have to travel or focus on life or putting out fires? And your laptop’s been tucked away in your bag the whole time.

If you do get any words out, you spend more time tweaking and fussing with them than putting them out there.

What if everything you’ve learned about writing was just plain wrong for you?

Much of the writing advice out there sounds good — but often, when you try to follow it, your words feel fake, forced, or flowery.

Many people keep their most powerful stories locked inside out of fear. Fear of speaking, fear. of putting themselves out there, fear of being seen, or fear of offending someone.

What most people don’t know:

Writing online is totally different from the writing you did in school or in the corporate world.

And this is good news — because writing online is SO much easier and everyone can do it.

notebook with apples

Whatever the fear that’s been holding you back, it’s time to look that fear in the eye and tell your story.

Here’s why you aren’t writing as much as you like…

You’re missing…

… a container to actually DO the writing

… a simple, daily schedule to write, edit, and publish

… daily guidance, prompts, and a writing coach who’s with you every day while you strengthen your writing muscle

👆 Psst. We look after all of these

What if you could start the blog, book, website, or newsletter you’ve been talking about for far too long?

PSST… you don’t need to call yourself a “writer” to tell your story either

I believe everyone can write. I’ve coached hundreds of people from all walks of life on their writing — and they’ve ALL been able to write blogs, website copy, and even books.

Imagine, you’re writing that ONE THING you’ve been procrastinating on for months — maybe even years.

And in 30 aligned days, you’ve made a ton of progress. Maybe you’ve finished your first draft. You honored your body, mind, and soul and wrote in a way that actually energized you instead of depleted you.

Most importantly, though, you have momentum.

You’re sharing your writing (and sharing) consistently, creating engagement, and your network sees you as a standout entrepreneur.

You feel more creative than ever.

What would it feel like if you were writing consistently?

🌙 Writing with astrology changes everything 🌙

It will give you a fun and simple process to flow with your writing project each day.

Commit to 30 days of feel-good writing with a balanced, stress-free, and relaxed approach.

🎉 With small wins starting in the first 3 days… and piling up from there!

Writing should feel like an exhale. I’ll show you how.

Finding Flow is a 30-day writing experience that completely transforms your relationship with writing.

You’ll learn expert tips to get (and stay) in the writing flow and make the most of all the words that have already poured out of you. And trust me, there’s more where those words came from.

We start on a new moon and finish on a new moon. This is the perfect energy for starting a fresh writing project and expanding it naturally — with nature’s rhythms.

I signed up for Finding Flow because I wanted to feel excited about writing, have accountability, and connect with others.

I’m excited to say I’m writing more than I imagined. I accomplished so much! I finished two main posts, began two others, completed two newsletters, and created a structure for writing in 2025.

Now, my writing feels more organic, not forced. This experience came right when I needed it most.”
— Karen

Why write with the moon?

The moon is our mood of the day. There’s no such thing as not being “in the mood” to write when we’re working WITH nature. Some days of the month are best for brainstorming, some are best for fast drafts, and some are better for editing with emotion.

In Finding FLow, you’ll get DAILY GUIDANCE to help you not only flow with the moon (mood) of the day, but you’ll also learn how to tap into your own innate rhythm.

Redefine your relationship with writing in 30 days without overthinking, procrastination, or perfectionism.

The world needs your words.

We take a more spacious approach than most writing challenges, aligning with the 29.5-day moon cycle — and giving you time to rest. It’s a whole month for you to write with the energy of the moon while honoring your unique rhythm.

Most writing challenges are overly masculine and monotonous. Write, ship, repeat. I’ve seen even the most dedicated creators land in burnout after some of those rigid 30-day writing challenges.

Finding flow is a balance of masculine and feminine energy — because we need both for writing to be a sustainable, life-giving practice.

Join us and find your (consistent) writing flow.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Decide your intentions for writing and plant seeds for what you’ll create, write, revisit, revise, or repurpose

  • Write however many words you want on whatever writing project you want — blogs, social content, business writing, website copy, a book, or even poetry or a screenplay (past Finding Flow participants have done it all!)

  • Push yourself as far as you need to go — there’s no competition or word count tracking

  • Use the built-in time for accountability to write and ask questions if you get stuck

I’ll show you how to fit writing into your busy day so you can continue to grow your business while strengthening THE most important business skill — WRITING.

Meet your writing coach & mentor

Jacqueline’s down-to-earth, authentic process creates ease and flow into an otherwise busy schedule for entrepreneurs who wear all the hats!

👋 Hi, I’m Jacqueline Fisch

I’m an intuitive writing coach, mentor, and author. I'll teach you how to infuse your authentic voice into your writing, create a sustainable writing habit, and fall in love with the process.

Oh, I’ve also been writing professionally for 20 years and writing online for 10.

Listen, I’ve muscled my way through the overly masculine writing challenges where you hammer out 50,000 words in 30 days (ahem… NaNoWriMo). Sure, I did it, but I was exhausted, and most of the writing wasn’t usable. These challenges led me to put my writing away for months at a clip.

And I wasn’t the only one. I watched people in my writing membership attempt these challenges, too. Only to quit a week in or not even get past the third day.

Creating the perfect NaNoWriMo alternative.

This is exactly why I’ve created the Finding Flow experience. Having run this experience live several times, I know what motivates people to keep writing — and what gets them out of perfectionism, procrastination, and overthinking.

Since leaning into intuitive writing and trusting myself and nature’s rhythms, I’m now editing my third book while consistently publishing regular blogs, sending email newsletters, and posting social media content while supporting my high-level copywriting clients.

All because I started going with the flow. And I can’t wait for you to experience the same!

💙

Writing for just 30 minutes a day will get you closer to your writing goals.

Psst. I drafted my last two books in 30 days in about 45 minutes a day while running my full-time writing business and homeschooling my kids.

Burnout is impossible if you’re writing in a FLOW State.

💌 A love note from Jacqueline 💌

Finding Flow is like no other writing challenge on the planet. It’s a sacred experience.

We’re not going to count words, track our progress in charts, hand out gold stars, or compare ourselves to anyone.

When you show up for yourself, you’ll change everything about how you write, how you see writing, and how you feel writing.

Finding Flow is perfect whether you’re working on your first big writing project or have been writing for years.

Because we build a sustainable, long-term writing habit, you can do it again and again.

Here’s what Michelle G said after taking Finding Flow multiple times:

“Let's talk about what Finding Flow isn't. It's not a how-to-write program with a formula for writing copy that sells. It's also not about finding your voice. Instead, Jacqueline helped me discover how to actually write - as in sit-down-and-write. No excuses. No bullshit. She didn't hold my hand. She held the space for me to engage with my writing and my voice. Notice I didn't say "find my voice" because my voice wasn't missing. And neither is yours. I needed to use it. The more I wrote, the stronger and more accessible my voice became. That's Finding Flow in a nutshell.

When I first signed up for Finding Flow and engaged with other writers in the Intuitive Writing School, I was excited—I was going learn how to trust my intuition! I wanted to know how to know what to write, and I thought that's what her writing community was about. I was wrong.

The Intuitive Writing School focuses on developing a relationship with writing so what's inside you flows onto the paper. Those words are the right words—the words you are meant to say to other people. With Jacqueline's guidance, I developed habits that support this kind of work.

Remember, Jacqueline doesn't have a magic formula for writing. And neither does anyone else. But the way she helped me to let my words flow was pure magic.

One last thing - beware of the possible spillover to other areas of your life. Finding flow in my writing had a way of dissolving barriers that I believed were holding me back from pursuing other goals.” - Michelle G

These creatives loved the Finding Flow writing experience…

I managed to organise my content calendar, write SFDs of several blog posts, I wrote blog posts in 1-2 days from start (huge for me as I’d take up to 3 months to write a single blog post) and

I’ve written many social media posts and 4 blog posts. Most importantly writing is no longer excruciating — it’s a joy and my writing has become speedy!
I’ve really enjoyed the Finding Flow experience — I did more writing in this time than the previous 3 months!

The daily messages were super helpful — such tactical advice presented in such a simple, accessible way!
Having a container makes it easier to move forward, even when it does not feel ‘enough.’
Thank you for this! The daily voice memos and the co-writing sessions made me feel less alone in a solo project that has been dragging on for a long time. Even with the time difference it was totally worth it.
What I’m really taking back from Finding Flow is the practice of ideating + writing SFDs during the waxing moon phase and doing edits, finishing and publishing in the waning moon phase.

I found a good rhythm and it’s working well for me. I’ve known about working with moon cycles for years now, but this is the first time I was able to apply it and it’s worked well for me I’m continuing with the discipline and rhythm post Finding Flow.
I picked up working on my article again and am writing in an enjoyable way, rather than pulling all-nighters with clenched jaws without making much progress anymore.
I finally started my Substack blog!
The addition of Jacqueline’s writing community during the Finding Flow time was also an inspiration.

I was even able to join in on a few incredible workshops she offered during that time! I highly recommend Finding Flow to anyone looking to start or expand their writing projects.
I got a lot of value out of seeing what happens when you pre-schedule writing time, and I appreciate that. I’m glad I joined.

  • You'll get the most out of this experience if you attend our two live calls a week and attend at least one of the community co-writing sessions. That's a total of 5 hours of learning + implementation time.

You can also make progress with just 30 minutes of writing a day!

  • EDT. No worries if you miss one or join late — they’re recorded.

  • Most people who join Finding Flow don't call themselves writers. They're business owners, and they're working on website copy, blog content, social content, or even books.

Sure, some people in here call themselves writers, but you don't have to be one to love this experience.
