Now, after your "BUY/BOOK YOUR SESSION/THING NOW" tell your client EXACTLY what'll happen next. Yes, this might also seem captain obvious to you, but taking your clients through your steps at a high level helps them see that: You've thought about your process — making you look like the pro you are Eliminates questions from clients wondering what's next Helps them feel taken care of — which they'll feel from start to finish while working with you
Here's what it looks like if your prospect is booking a consult call: Step 1: Schedule your free chat here [add your link]. You'll select a time and answer a few questions. Step 2: At our scheduled time, you'll get a chance to ask me all your questions about [service]. Step 3: If we decide we're a great fit to work together, you'll get all your next steps in one tidy little email.
OR if they're booking a 1-time coaching session where there's no consult call:
Step 1: Book your session below. You'll pick a time that works best for you, answer some questions and submit your payment. Step 2: If I have any additional questions before our chat, you'll hear from me over email (aside: notice we don't say "I'll ask you over email" — we keep ALL copy customer-focused and use "YOU" first as much as possible) Step 3: At the time of your coaching session, click the link from your email confirmation, and we'll talk then!
